Our Playtime Paradise Easter Holiday Club in Newcastle is back with nine fantastic themed days packed with creative activities, games, crafts and outdoor adventures.
Each day brings a different theme so children can explore new ideas, try something creative and spend time playing with friends in a relaxed, safe environment.
As always, our experienced team will be providing a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, cookery, games, outdoor play and imaginative challenges throughout the week.

Easter Celebration Day
Tuesday 7th April
Activities available will include:
- Marbled Easter egg crafts
- Fluffy chick pictures
- Handprint bunny crafts
- Making chocolate Easter nests
A fun day of Easter-themed crafts and treats. Children can enjoy a range of creative activities celebrating the Easter season.
Springtime Day
Wednesday 8th April
Activities available will include:
- Making spring flower wreaths
- Finger-painting blossom trees
- Creating handprint flowers
- Crafting butterflies, bees and dragonflies
A colourful day inspired by the changing season. Children can explore a range of creative activities celebrating spring flowers, blossom and insects.
Adventure & Treasures Day
Thursday 9th April
Activities available may include:
- Designing treasure maps
- Decorating treasure chests
- Pirate themed crafts
- An exciting treasure hunt
A day of imagination and adventure. Children can create treasure-themed crafts and work together to search for hidden treasure.
Magical Day
Friday 10th April
Activities available include:
- Making magical wands
- Creating paper plate dragons
- Decorating fairy doors
- Baking and decorating fairy cakes
A day full of imagination and creativity. Children can explore magical crafts and fairy-themed activities, as well as decorating some delicious fairy cakes.
Junk Modelling Day
Monday 13th April
Activities available may include:
- Making egg box caterpillars
- Building rockets and vehicles
- Creating cardboard castles
- Designing imaginative junk models
Time to get creative with recycled materials! A creative day where children can build and invent using recycled materials. Boxes, tubes and craft supplies will be available for children to design their own imaginative creations.
Friendship Day
Tuesday 14th April
Activities available include:
- Making friendship bracelets
- Designing cards for friends or family
- Painting colourful rocks
- Playing group games and challenges
A day focused on kindness, creativity and spending time with friends. Children can take part in activities that celebrate friendship and teamwork.
Weather Wonders Day
Wednesday 15th April
Activities available may include:
- Paper plate rainbow crafts
- Lolly-stick icicles
- Snow painting pictures
- Rain cloud art using watercolour paints
From sunshine to rainbows, children can explore different types of weather through creative crafts and colourful artwork.
Detective Mystery Day
Thursday 16th April
Activities may include:
- Designing detective badges
- Fingerprint investigation activities
- Solving clue trails and puzzles
- Code-breaking challenges
- Finding hidden objects around the playground
Children can become detectives for the day as they search for clues, solve puzzles and investigate mysterious challenges. Creative activities and problem-solving games will be available as children work together to uncover the mystery.
Team Challenge Day
Friday 17th April
Activities will include:
- Designing team flags and posters
- Making Sports Day medals
- Relay races and obstacle courses
- Ball games and outdoor challenges
Get ready for an energetic day of games and friendly competition. Children can create their own team flags, posters and medals, before heading outside to take part in a variety of races and ball games.
