Cancellation Policy

Holiday Club and Adhoc Wraparound Childcare Places

For holiday club and adhoc places any cancellations made within 24 hours of making the booking and more than 24 hours ahead of the session booked will receive a refund/not be charged.
Any cancellations made with more than 7 days notice will receive a refund.
Any cancellations made after 24 hours of booking and with less than 7 days notice still have to be paid for and will receive no refund.

Contract Wraparound Childcare Places

Four weeks notice is required to cancel or change a contract place.
