Rachael Barnes
Company Director/Manager @ St Oswalds
Rachael holds a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce and brings a deep understanding of the Gosforth community having grown up here and now watching her two children thrive in the Gosforth Pyramid schools. A familiar face to many, Rachael transitioned from a satisfied customer to a valued team member of our out of school club in 2019.
She is passionate about discovering each child’s unique personality and is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can flourish. As one of the directors of our club, Rachael’s local roots and professional expertise make her an integral part of our team and invaluable leader.


Natalie Johnson
Company Director/Manager @ Havannah
Natalie is a dedicated director of our out of school club. With nearly two decades of experience in childcare and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Children’s Learning and Development, she brings both passion and expertise to our team. Since starting at the club in 2013, Natalie has been committed to creating a fun, engaging and safe environment for all children. As a mother of two she understands the importance of a supportive and stimulating out of school space, making her an invaluable leader of our team.
Pam Howells
Deputy Manager @ Havannah
Pam is our wonderful deputy manager and deputy safeguarding lead at our Havannah club, where she’s a trusted and much-loved figure among both children and parents. With a Paediatric First Aid qualification and years of experience, Pam is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment.
A proud mother of two grown-up sons, Pam brings warmth and understanding to her role. When she’s not at the club, she enjoys reading, baking and exploring new places in her home on wheels. Her weekends and holidays are often spent adventuring, adding to the joy and stories she shares with us all.


Erin Day
Deputy Manager @ St Oswalds
Erin has been a committed member of staff at our club since 2020 and is now our deputy manager and deputy safeguarding lead at St Oswalds. She brings dedication and a genuine love for working with children. As a mother of two children in the Gosforth school system, Erin appreciates the importance of providing a welcoming and safe environment for every child.
She enjoys planning adventurous days out with her family, and she brings that same sene of curiosity and care to her role at the club. Erin’s thoughtful and reliable nature makes her a much-valued member of our team, cherished by children and parents alike.
